You can’t get anymore British with strawberries and cream when it comes to Wimbledon. Therefore, whilst crowds are filling up Centre Court we’re going to be serving up English strawberries, vanilla cream and champagne granite for £7.

A take on the classic Champagne cocktail. Brown sugar cube coated in Hennessy Fine Cognac, and topped up with Perrier Jouet champagne and a touch of Angostura bitters. An ‘Ace’ cocktail.

Love is in the Air
Bacardi Superior rum, shaken with crème de fraise, lemon juice, sugar syrup and fresh strawberry. Topped up with Perrier Jouet champagne and served in a coupette glass. No faults here…

Wimbledon Royal
Bacardi Superior rum, shaken with fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, fresh mint, and a dash of Angostura bitters. Topped up with Perrier Jouet champagne and served in a coupette glass. A real champion drink.

Americano
Equal measures of Campari and Regal Rogue are topped up with soda to complete this classic cocktail. Game, Set and Match.

Martin Miller’s gin, shaken with apple juice and elderflower cordial, double strained, and served in a sling glass with a kumquat and mint garnish. Lovely and refreshing, this is our new take on a Mojito.
