It’s been said that Blue Monday is the most depressing day of the year and we are on a mission to change that together with D&D London’s Mindful City Campaign, WaterAid and a lot of laughter!
Join us at Old Bengal Bar on Monday 15th January from 7pm for a special comedy night starring Shappi Khorsandi, fresh from cracking everyone up in the ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ jungle and Tom Lucy, who is one of the youngest professional comedians in the world and was the support act for Jack Whitehall on his tour last year. Tickets are (suggested voluntary donations) a £10 donation (standing) or £15 donation (seated), which will all go straight to WaterAid*.
If you want to start the night early, come and enjoy our Heaven til Seven offer of two cocktails or pints for just £7 until 7pm! And if you fancy a bite to eat before or afterwards, why not head to one of our sister restaurants New Street Grill or Fish Market where we have some fantastic value set menus. A discretionary £1 from each bill will also go to WaterAid, which will be matched pound for pound by the UK Government.
*If you would like to attend the event without donating to WaterAid for a ticket, please email corporate@wateraid.org. Any money donated to WaterAid before 31 January will be doubled by the UK Government.
