As part of D&D London’s Mindful City campaign our Bar Manager has teamed up with Tanqueray gin to create four weird and wonderful cocktails using upcycled ingredients from our kitchen at New Street Grill as well as fresh herbs picked at the Bar. The cocktails include ‘Jamón’ made from Tanqueray Export washed with Spanish ham and Noily Prat, and ‘White flesh’ Tanqueray Rangpur, Spiced pear liqueur, homemade pear chutney, lime juice, ginger ale. Our Head Chef has also rustled up some delicious bar snacks to go with them. We can’t get enough of the roasted Brussels sprouts shell crisps and mushroom stem arancini.
