40 ml – Botanist gin
25 ml – Pineapple syrup
15 ml – Lemon juice
10 ml – Campari
5 ml – Dom Benedectine
1 stick of rosemary
Dehydrated pineapple and rosemary sprig.
Glassware: use a coupe glass
Musa della Sardegna
Muddled pomegranate seeds
50ml of Botanist gin
1tsp of Saba
15ml of wild fennel syrup
20ml of fresh lime juice
Cover with crushed ice
Garnish with pomegranate seeds
Spray with Absinthe
Botanist fizz
50 ml Botanist gin
25 ml lemon juice
2 bar spoons of plum jam
1 dash cinnamon bitters
1 egg white
Top up with soda
Glassware: use a highball
Garnish: use a dry lemon and one piece of prune
